Big Decisions As A Senior(getting by)

Subject Description
Junior Year For some students the Junior year is one of the toughest, saturated with stress and pressure. Full of obstacles and barriers, our 11th grade year is often the most crucial because it is looked upon by colleges as Being the year that counts. The year consists of generating the appropriate grades for College, and acquiring the right SAT scores for acceptance. A big factor in gaining acceptance into college is also decided by the courses that are taken. After completing our first semester, it is evident that a few months lye away from completing our Junior year. Some students attained their goals for the first semester, while others worried about the projected outcome of the rest of their year. Students are beginning to fear the worst, "Is it still possible for me to go to college with these grades." This second semester some Futures students are striving to reach their goals of attending an elite, four-year Universities and the others are doing anything possible to not get left behind. The year is difficult for many different reasons, however time management plays a big factor in the success or failure of the student. As students we are learning to better manage our time. - Eduardo Choza c/o 2001
